SHAKA EH BRAH RELEASE

Join us for the Release of our Hawaiian Inspired Gose SHAKA EH BRAH!

Shaka Brah is our Hawaiian inspired gose with notes of tropical fruit including citrus, pineapple, passion fruit and mango. Shaka Brah has a pleasant citrus tartness and finishes with a balanced salty characteristic from the La Jolla sea salt.

We are getting Dine-In ready!

We are happy and grateful to see you!! Join us this Friday September 4th, 2020 from 2-8pm and enjoy some beer and food!

Please help keep us and other establishments open.

Do not enter if you are sick, or have similar symptoms.

The governor is requiring that masks be worn when you are not seated. Bar seating is closed until further notice. Our occupancy will be limited to 50% (we are working on outdoor seating). Social distancing guidelines (6ft separation) should be observed.

Please no more than 10 people to a table. Please do not move the tables or add chairs unless approved by your beertender.

If you have a medical condition that prohibits you from wearing a mask, please inform your beertender, remain seated and socially distanced as much as possible.

In order to be open for dine in service, we must serve food. Please enjoy our locally made tamales, chips, and salsa.

Our beertenders will be wearing masks while they work to keep your suds and bites flowing. They will also be cleaning the brewery every two hours including the bathrooms. Tables and chairs must be cleaned before you can be seated.

Congregating is prohibited by the ADHS and governors executive order so we ask that you are seated when eating and drinking, not standing around a table etc.

We will continue to offer pickup and curbside.  You can order via our online store (www.1912brewing.com/order-online) to avoid any lines or waiting. We have a reduced staff so we ask that you be patient with us. Please respect both our guests and employees while enjoying yourself.

Salud! Cheers!

WE WANT TO INVITE YOU!

1912 IS TURNING FIVE YEARS OLD! ¡VAMONOS!

We want to invite you to join in on the celebration of our fifth anniversary! We will be sippin’ on a few cold ones, and enjoying the company of our friends and family. We will have beer releases that will be paired with delicious grub by Daniela’s Cooking Food Truck! Enjoy in-house, or take the party to-go!

¡Cerveza y comida, sí, por favor!

1912 Apple Empanada Gose: You can’t have a fiesta without pastels (desserts)! We made one of our favorites, Apple Empanadas, into our latest Pie Gose! Cinnamon and graham cracker dominate the nose along with hints of apple. Tasting notes include intense apple notes with cinnamon, graham cracker, Mexican Vanilla, hints of sea salt, and brown sugar rounding out this twist on an absolute delicacy. Pair it with an Apple Empanada by Daniela’s Cooking!

1912 Sandia Loca is made with Watermelon, Chamoy, Tamarindo, Chiltepine, Lemon, Sea Salt, and Lime! This sweet, tangy, and zesty explosion of sandia and tamarindo, followed by the subtle spice from our chiltepine blend. This Mexican candy inspired Gose may take you back to your childhood but we don’t recommend stuffing your pinatas with cans. Just saying… Saludos a todos! Pair it with a fruit cup, topped with chamoy, tajin, and lime from Daniela’s Cooking!

We will also be releasing some 1912 favorites, like the Random Voices from an Old Man Yelling At A Cloud IPA! Pair it with Daniela’s Cooking unlimited Taco Bar for $20… which also includes two empanadas!

This anniversary is about gathering our community together, relaxing, having a beer, and hanging out. Bring your family, your friends, and join us for for the fun!

¡Viva La Cerveza, Salud!

BOTTLE RELEASE ALERT ? THIS THURSDAY 2.6.2020!

Join us for our Tap Takeover at 6 pm The Parish with our collabrew ‘Sour De La Salle’ that has been in the works for a little while now…. Sour De La Salle is named for the French explorer (Rene-Robert Cavelier, Sieur de la Salle) that claimed the Mississippi River basin, including Louisiana, for French King Louis IV. Sour de la Salle combines the funky character of 1912 Brewing Company with the Southern Fusion of The Parish Restaurant. This sour uses a blend of two sacharomyces and the peaches from the famous Parish infusions. Soured using our 1912 house culture, this mixed fermented sour was blended to our delight by our brewers. Tasting notes include tart and funky with intense stone fruit characters. This beauty rounds out at 6% and we don’t much care about IBUs in this one. ?

1912 Brewing x The Parish Dinner Pairing – AZ Beer Week

Happy Birthday, Allan!

Allan, the co-owner and head brewer of 1912 Brewing Company, is a Tucson native and Marine veteran. While in the Marines, he traveled the world experiencing different cultures and trying local cuisines. It was this experience that shaped his drive to be creative with his beer. The Parish is known for its southern fusion and for pushing the envelope with their creative dishes. That’s the reason why we wanted to partner with Travis and the Parish crew, for this phenomenal birthday and beer week pairing.

We are celebrating Allan’s 43rd birthday with local restaurant The Parish -Tucson’s only Southern Fusion Gastropub, to bring you a 4-course dinner pairing that’s about southern comfort, hospitality, and community.

1912 Brewing Company is excited to welcome Chef Travis Peters with a culmination of two decades of hard work in the restaurant industry. Chef Peters honed his skills and has led several award-winning culinary teams, including Best of Tucson (Tucson Weekly), Bacon Fest, and Stella Artois Iron Chef Tucson 2017. Most recently, Peters appeared on Guy Fieri’s show ‘Guy’s Grocery Games’ on Food Channel and took home first place. Peters attributes his creative culinary style and influences from music, his wife, Karen, and daughter, Abigail. Peters is from Tucson, Arizona.

Not only will we be enjoying delicious food, but we’ve banged our heads together and brewed TWO collabrewations with The Parish that will be featured in the pairing.

~ Sour De Salle a Peach Sour fermented on real peach slices and Bourbon Staves using a wild yeast blend.
~ Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Gose with strawberries from California Giant Berry Farms, rhubarb, Mexican vanilla, and hints of graham crackers.
