REBUILD THE GUILD ?⚒️?

An Arizona Beer Collaboration with fellow AZ Breweries and you, in an attempt to save the AZ Craft Brewer’s Guild. We’ve partnered with one of our very best buddies Uncle Bears Brewey, to bring you a way to help.

The Arizona Craft Brewer’s Guild has helped us through this past year’s legal and legislation issues, while also figuring out a way to bring back some of our favorite beer festivals… (Saving Baja Beer Fest 4/10/21)!

Rebuild the Guild was brewed as a Sour Double IPA with a tart mouthfeel and a hoppy bite highlighting some of our favorite hops- Citra, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Mosaic.

The Ultimate Beer Cocktail

Happy National Cocktail Day! We are celebrating with one of our favorite cocktails right now; the famous Black & Tan also known as, a Half and Half.

Made with The Perfect Black & Tan tool, we mixed our 1912 Irish Coffee Stout, the Clurichaun with 1912’s crisp 1730 Lager. Talk about a pair, this one is light yet, rich with enticing coffee and whiskey.

You may ask… Why a Black & Tan? Hailing from England this mix was a way to save on beer taxes, with higher ABV’s comes higher prices.

Try your very own Black & Tan’s in-house at 1912 Brewing Co, or order your’s to go online (www.1912brewing.com/order-online) and make it at home! All you need is (1) 16oz Crowler of The Clurichaun Stout, (1) Can of the 1730 Lager, and a spoon.

The Black and Tan is a famous beer cocktail, reigning from the 1600’s of blended beers. But, have you ever tried a Beer Cocktail of Mixed Sours?

Try 1912’s take on a Black and Tan with 1912 Gose’s; mix the Blueberry Pie Gose and the Lemon Meringue Pie Gose for an absolute mouth-shocker. Sweet and Sour with a touch of cinnamon spice. You’ll be elated as ever.

CELEBRATE ST. PATRICK’S DAY WITH 1912!

We are so thrilled to be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! Enjoy beer releases, music, and food!

This year we’ve partnered with Wendy Gauthier aka Chef Chic, Tucson’s 2019 Iron Chef Winner to make traditional Corn Beef and Cabbage! A perfect dinner to pair with our two new 1912 Irish beer’s!

First, our long-time favorite, the Irish Sobriety an Irish Red Ale! Brewed as a flagship favorite, The Weapons Check but… aged with oak staves soaked in, of course, Irish Whiskey. Intense flavors of oak and whiskey dominate the mouthfeel warming the soul.

Second, the newest in our St. Patrick’s Day line-up; The Clurichaun an Imperial Irish Coffee Stout. Named after a not-so-well-known relative of the Leprechaun – usually found in cellars. Harmless if left alone, quite aggressive if meddled with. Can be found spending nights drinking, singing, and dancing. If treated well, will protect the cellar from intrusion and damage.

The Imperial Irish Coffee Stout is as complex as its namesake. Enticing you with a sweet creamy aroma. As you take your first sip you’re tricked with immense dark chocolate and coffee smoothing into mouth-watering whiskey.
