RIDE OF THE VALKYRIE BEER RELEASE ??

Named after Norse Mythology, a Valkyrie is known as the ‘??????? ?? ??? ?????’ meaning one who chooses who dies in battle and taken to warrior heaven, Valhalla. ⚔️

Our very 1912 twist on a Pale Ale, Ride of the Valkyrie was brewed with a special ????????? ????? ?????. Fermented at 95 degrees, dry-hopped with Chinook and Amarillo hops, and a touch of Wildflower Honey.

Done in only FIVE days this beer is extra earthy and spicy!

CELEBRATE ST. PATRICK’S DAY WITH 1912!

We are so thrilled to be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! Enjoy beer releases, music, and food!

This year we’ve partnered with Wendy Gauthier aka Chef Chic, Tucson’s 2019 Iron Chef Winner to make traditional Corn Beef and Cabbage! A perfect dinner to pair with our two new 1912 Irish beer’s!

First, our long-time favorite, the Irish Sobriety an Irish Red Ale! Brewed as a flagship favorite, The Weapons Check but… aged with oak staves soaked in, of course, Irish Whiskey. Intense flavors of oak and whiskey dominate the mouthfeel warming the soul.

Second, the newest in our St. Patrick’s Day line-up; The Clurichaun an Imperial Irish Coffee Stout. Named after a not-so-well-known relative of the Leprechaun – usually found in cellars. Harmless if left alone, quite aggressive if meddled with. Can be found spending nights drinking, singing, and dancing. If treated well, will protect the cellar from intrusion and damage.

The Imperial Irish Coffee Stout is as complex as its namesake. Enticing you with a sweet creamy aroma. As you take your first sip you’re tricked with immense dark chocolate and coffee smoothing into mouth-watering whiskey.

Enjoy in-house, or order online to-go!

P.I DAY CELEBRATION

One day the staff was talking and said…

“Why don’t we make a Pie Beer?”

Here we are six pies later, releasing one of our firsts, and favorite’s, the Blueberry Pie Gose!

The aroma entices you, like a pie baking in the oven mid-afternoon. The first sip takes you back to your Abuelita’s kitchen as a kid. Everything’s right, fruity. A few more sips, you’re back in your seat. The pint is finished, and you’re ready for another.

This award-winning Gose will be available on draft on March 14th! Cans will be available soon after…

Pre-Order Crowlers now for pick-up on March 14th 12pm!

Cheers!
