We are looking for a new Shift Lead Beertender to join our team!

Applicant must be passionate about craft beer and should be able to chat about ABV, IBU, IPA, mixed fermentation —or whatever craft-centric musings are top of mind. The 1912 Brewing Tap Room, is a hub for craft beer, flavor and culture. Craft beer newbies and unabashed beer geeks alike can try a flight of rare draught beers, enjoy wine and cider, or fill a growler to go.

Ideal candidate must be friendly, a team player, energetic, outgoing and fun, all while maintaining professionalism. Other qualifications include: reliable, honest, self motivated, and courteous.

Key responsibilities: Ensuring an enjoyable and consistent 1912 Brewing Co customer experience for our guests, supervision of Tap room operations, and serve as a brand ambassador.
