In honor of National Sour Beer Day on September 8th!
Join us for our celebration of Sour Beer during the whole month of September!
What is a Sour Beer? A sour beer is one that has been deliberately brewed to achieve high levels of acidity. This elevated acidity delivers a predominantly sour flavor to the beer as opposed to the bitter or sweet flavors found in standard ales and lagers.
At 1912, we love brewing our Sour Ales and Goses with a unique twist of fruits, spices, and house-made cultures.
We will be featuring special releases, infusions, and slushees for the month of September!

Have you ever been curious on how to make Tamales on your own? 1912 Brewing Company is partnering with Daniela’s Cooking to learn how to make Tamales on December 11th, 2021 at 12pm!
Learn the process from making your own masa, meat, and roll your very own tamale on-site at 1912 Brewing Co.
The tamale kit is $35 which includes a Pint of 1912 Beer(or N/A Beverage), plus the supplies to make half a dozen Tamales including the Masa, Meat, Olives, Husks, and bags to take your tamales home.

This Gose entraps you with a floral aroma. As you take the first sip, a rush of intense salty tartness is followed by gushing fruit, sweet lime, and prickly pear. Agave nectar smooths this one out and finishes with a dry oak character and a subtle tequila finish.
A beautiful rose hue in color and rounds out at a whopping 9% ABV!
